Enjoy privacy and relaxation in our traditional New England style home located less than 15 minutes from beautiful Lake Sunapee and Sunapee Harbor. Then head on over to Sunapee Harbor, visit the quaint shops and galleries, and embark on a voyage around pristine Lake Sunapee while enjoying a lovely dinner.
Arbor Brook will provide you with tickets for two to the MV Kearsarge Dinner Cruise. A single payment for the full package with us is made to Arbor Brook Bed & Breakfast. We do not accept credit cards and you may choose to pay with cash, a personal check or a traveler's check. For the comfort of our guests, Arbor Brook Bed & Breakfast is a non-smoking home.

Maxfield Parrish Room

Your Dinner Cruise includes a Dinner Buffet with coffee, dessert, tax & gratuity. (Drinks are not included). The Maxfield Parrish Room is a second floor room with a mini-kitchen, private bath, television and air conditioning with it's own balcony and private entrance.
Heron Room
Two-night stay for two and Dinner Cruise aboard the MV Kearsarge - $312.00.

Your Dinner Cruise includes a Dinner Buffet with coffee, dessert, tax & gratuity. (Drinks are not included). The Heron Room is a second floor room which features a queen size bed, private bath, air conditioning, refrigerator and spacious sitting area with television.
Heron & Twin Combo Room
Two-night stay for threeand Dinner Cruise aboard the MV Kearsarge - $382.00.
(based on double occupancy; 8% NH Meals & Rentals tax not included; two night minimum)
Your Dinner Cruise includes a Dinner Buffet with coffee, dessert, tax & gratuity. (Drinks are not included). For guests who may want to be together, yet prefer to sleep in separate rooms, the Heron and Twin combo are the perfect solution. The Twin Room is next to the Heron Room, has a twin size brass bed and a comfortable sitting area. The Twin Room has been enjoyed by both adults and children. There is one bath shared by these two rooms. These two rooms are only booked when people traveling together request these accommodations. The combination of these two rooms can accommodate up to 3 people.
