THE HERON ROOM WITH ADJACENT TWIN ROOM
For guests who may want to be together, yet prefer to sleep in separate rooms.

The Twin Room has a twin size brass bed and a comfortable sitting area. The Twin Room has been enjoyed by both adults and children. There is one bath shared by these two rooms. These two rooms are only booked when people traveling together request these accommodations. The combination of these two rooms can accommodate up to 3 people.

• $165 per night, double occupancy plus 1 person in Twin Room, plus 8% tax.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Rates include a delicious complimentary breakfast served in our dining room or in one of the other common areas if you prefer. Weather permitting, we will be happy to serve your breakfast in the courtyard where you may enjoy dining in a natural setting among stately trees and perennial gardens.

If compatible with your schedule, we serve Afternoon Tea between 3:00 and 5:00 PM. However, if it is not convenient, you will find soft drinks and light refreshments available throughout the day.

NOTE: Please advise us of any dietary preferences/restrictions, or other special needs when making your reservations. In an effort to ensure the comfort of our guests this is a Non-smoking home.

RESERVATION DEPOSITS & CANCELLATION:
To reserve a room, we require a deposit equal to one night's lodging, or half of the total stay if more than two nights are reserved.  In order to guarantee a reservation, your deposit is due within seven (7) days following booking and may be made with cash, a personal check or a travelers check.  A Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your deposit.

In the event you find it necessary to cancel a reservation, your deposit will be refunded provided your cancellation notice is received seven or more days in advance of your scheduled arrival. To notify us of a cancellation, please telephone (603)863-2545, and speak with a member of the staff who will issue a cancellation number to you. In the event of a late cancellation or an early departure, you will be responsible for payment for all nights reserved per your original reservation.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES:
Check-in time is 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Check-out time is 11:00 AM

If your arrival will be delayed beyond 8 PM, please contact us in advance at 603-863-2545.
In the event your travel schedule requires an early morning departure, let us know and we will be happy to prepare a continental breakfast or "breakfast to go". Breakfast is usually served between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM.

GENERAL POLICIES:
Room rates are based upon double occupancy. There is a charge of $25.00 per night for each additional person over eight years of age in a room. We allow a 10% discount for extended stays of seven (7) or more days. These rates are subject to an 8% NH Meals and Rentals Tax. We accept cash, personal checks and travelers checks.

We love animals and our family pet, Booker, is a friendly Brittany Spaniel who lives on the premises. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide accommodations for other pets to stay here. There are boarding facilities for pets in the area and we can provide you with contact information.
