Again in 2008, we are pleased to offer a package with North Star Canoe Rentals, available from Memorial Day through Columbus Day.At Arbor Brook you will enjoy privacy and relaxation in a traditional New England style home located about 20 minutes from North Star's home base. Relax in our spacious indoor and outdoor common areas, including our great room or the patio, surrounded by magnificient old maple trees and perennial gardens, or enjoy a swim in our pool. We will prepare and serve a delicious breakfast each morning and refreshments are available throughout the day.
North Star Canoe Rentals offers you a variety of self-guided canoe, kayak and raft trips of varying lengths for people of all abilities. This includes "fast water" and "Class I" sections of white water for experienced boaters seeking a challenge as well as "flat water" conditions. North Star has two locations, its home base just 20 minutes from Arbor Brook on the banks of the Connecticut River in Cornish, NH, and its new outpost at the junction of the White and Connecticut Rivers in White River Junction, VT. Your package includes the boats, life jackets and paddles.

Maxfield Parrish Suite
Two-night stay for two adults and a a Sumners Falls Full Day Trip (12 miles), with approximately 4 hours of paddling - $400.00 (based on double occupancy; 8% NH Meals & Rentals tax not included; two night minimum)
The Maxfield Parrish Suite is a second floor room with a mini-kitchen, private bath, television and air conditioning with it's own balcony and private entrance.
Heron Room
Two-night stay for two adults and a a Sumners Falls Full Day Trip (12 miles), with approximately 4 hours of paddling - $330.00 (based on double occupancy; 8% NH Meals & Rentals tax not included; two night minimum)
The Heron Room is a second floor room which features a queen size bed, private bath, air conditioning, refrigerator and spacious sitting area with television.
Heron & Twin Combo Room
Two-night stay for two adults and a a Sumners Falls Full Day Trip (12 miles), with approximately 4 hours of paddling - $400.00 (based on double occupancy; 8% NH Meals & Rentals tax not included; two night minimum)
For guests who may want to be together, yet prefer to sleep in separate rooms, the Heron and Twin combo are the perfect solution. The Twin Room is next to the Heron Room, has a twin size brass bed and a comfortable sitting area. The Twin Room has been enjoyed by both adults and children. There is one bath shared by these two rooms. These two rooms are only booked when people traveling together request these accommodations. The combination of these two rooms can accommodate up to 3 people.
