Stay in our lovely B&B only 10 minutes from the Fair while visiting the Oldest Craft Fair in America. The League of NH Craftsmen's Fair is one of the finest, most prestigious craft events in the country today. This annual nine-day event features both traditional and contemporary fine craft work by state-juried members of the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen. Held at Mount Sunapee Resort on August 2-10, 2008.





This incredible Fair features:
• Over 200 individual craft booths featuring jewelry, wood accessories, decorative glass, pottery, fiber arts, metalwork, furniture, and more.

• The Living With Craft Exhibition where room-like vignettes are filled with handcrafted furniture and decorative home accessories.

• The new Sculpture Garden Exhibition with inspirational collections of outdoor furnishings, sculptures and garden accessories.

* One-of-a-kind clothing and fashion accessories from the CraftWear boutique and sales exhibition showcasing handcrafted, wearable art.

• Demonstrations, Children's Workshops and Teen & Adult Workshops that teach how fine craft is made from start to finish.

• The Shop At The Fair where the work of some of the League's newest members is featured.

• Daily Performing Arts by some of New England's finest musicians, storytellers and theater groups.

• Work of guests from the New Hampshire Art Association, the New Hampshire Guilds, and The Next Generation who are children of state-juried League members learning to make and sell craftwork of their own.

Then at the end of that fun-filled and busy day, come back home to Arbor Brook B&B and enjoy privacy and relaxation in a traditional New England style home is a short 10 minute drive from Mount Sunapee Resort. Relax in our spacious indoor and outdoor common areas, including our great room, and the patio, surrounded by magnificent old maple trees and perennial gardens. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool following a day at the Fair. A delicious breakfast is served each morning and refreshments are available throughout the day. For your convenience, you will find a small refrigerator with a supply of bottled water and soft drinks in each of our guest rooms.

SooNipi Room
Two-night stay for two and two 2-day passes to the Fair - $200.00
(based on double occupancy; 8% NH Meals & Rentals tax not included; two night minimum)
The SooNipi Room features a double canopy bed, private bath, air conditioning, refrigerator and private entrance on the first floor.
Maxfield Parrish Suite
Two-night stay for two and two 2-day passes to the Fair - $297.00.
(based on double occupancy; 8% NH Meals & Rentals tax not included; two night minimum)
The Maxfield Parrish Suite is a second floor room with a mini-kitchen, private bath, television and air conditioning with it's own balcony and private entrance.
Heron Room
Two-night stay for two and two 2-day passes to the Fair - $234.00
(based on double occupancy; 8% NH Meals & Rentals tax not included; two night minimum)
The Heron Room is a second floor room which features a queen size bed, private bath, air conditioning, refrigerator and spacious sitting area with television.
Heron & Twin Combo Room
Two-night stay for two and two 2-day passes to the Fair - $297.00.

For guests who may want to be together, yet prefer to sleep in separate rooms, the Heron and Twin combo are the perfect solution. The Twin Room is next to the Heron Room, has a twin size brass bed and a comfortable sitting area. The Twin Room has been enjoyed by both adults and children. There is one bath shared by these two rooms. These two rooms are only booked when people traveling together request these accommodations. The combination of these two rooms can accommodate up to 3 people.
